Print vs Embroidery
Whether you choose print or embroidery is largely down to the look you are trying to achieve.
Embroidery offers a texturally rich, three dimensional finish, but cannot successfully reproduce graduations in a design and becomes expensive as the design gets larger.
Embroidery is good for:
- Designs with up to a dozen colours
- Chest, back and sleeve logos
- Nylon Fabrics that are pu coated
- Badges
Vinyl Printing is good for:
- Large designs
- Logos with only a few solid colours
- Flock, glitter, metallic and other specialist effects
- Applications requiring reflective elements
Full Colour Transfer is good for:
- Designs with colour graduations
- Very intricate and detailed designs
- Small multi-coloured designs
- Applications that are inaccessible by embroidery
