How to place an order

How do I place an order?

It's very simple:

Stage 1- Your Logo(s)

You send us a copy of your logo(s) preferably by email and browse our cataloge (either online or ask for a printed copy) and select the garments you would like.

Stage 2 - Sample and Quote

We will provide you with a quote based on the number of logos per garment, the size of the logos and whether they are printed or embroidered for the garments you have chosen. We will also create a sample of how they will appear on your garment.

Stage 3 - Order and production

Once you have approved the sample embroidery and/or printing, we will manufacture your order. This stage typically takes about a week.

Stage 4 - Collect your order

We will contact you as soon as your order is ready for collection or despatch. Payment is required on collection and we are happy to accept payment by card ( or cheque subject to a successful credit check).

Stage 5 - Let us know

We are keen to know how well we perform, so do ask you to tell us what you thought of our service and any way we can improve.
